We successfully delivered a turnkey solar PV installation under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), managing the full commercial and contractual process. Beyond this we also designed, constructed, and commissioned this asset, installing a Fall Protection System.
Additionally, we completed a large amount of roof cut edge corrosion treatment and encapsulated roof fixings to assist the tenant in meeting their FRI lease obligations.
Challenges
The challenge was to optimise the solar PV system size for maximum electricity generation, savings, and CO2 reduction.
To complete the roof cut edge corrosion treatment works during the winter months when weather conditions were against us completing the works and obtaining the manufacturer warranties.
